Sales seem to be pretty flat in this neighborhood since its construction. Most are not listed on MLS for data but from personal knowledge. The area and the neighborhood is great but not much activity. The average listing price is around $125.00 per square foot. Good quality and all brick Community. I would imagine at this price per square foot the reason for lack of sale is there is so much new home construction competition. They are in direct competitive areas as places such as The Mill, Stoney Creek and others. Some offering lots of community amenities.
